What can you expect?

The physical results I have received are amazing. The mental clarity and emotional strength that I have gained through working out with Cody brings me to tears every time I think about it.

I always assumed getting fit would be something I did alone, outside the view of others. I, mistakenly, thought that I was too out of shape and overweight to be able to keep up. It turns out that fitness is so much easier with support.

Cody has pushed me harder than I ever imagined possible. He picked me up when I was down and made me feel better about who I was as a person. This journey has been so much more than fitness, this journey changed my life.
