Andrea's passion for fitness and strength training began about 13 years ago. It all started with some encouragement from her brother to start training for a 5k. She fell in love with running, but wanted to know what strength training was all about, so she hired a personal trainer. Andrea was instantly hooked! Within just a couple years she was getting certified in TRX as well as Les Mills Body Pump and started coaching at her home-town gym. After about 4 years she moved to the Sioux City area with her fiancé. She continued working towards fitness goals on her own after the move, but was no longer coaching and no longer in a group instruction atmosphere. She had no idea how much she really missed it until finding Thrive Fitness. She's excited to be a part of such a great community. Andrea is currently the Head Coach for Thrive 45 and one of our four spin coaches as well. She's excited for this opportunity to share her love, knowledge and passion for fitness and strength training. From beginner to advanced, Andrea can write a program everyone.Rustin's always had a competitive mindset to better himself and others, leading him to pursue a career in health and fitness.

The mental clarity and emotional strength that I have gained through working out with Cody brings me to tears every time I think about it.
I always assumed getting fit would be something I did alone, outside the view of others. I, mistakenly, thought that I was too out of shape and overweight to be able to keep up. It turns out that fitness is so much easier with support.
Cody has pushed me harder than I ever imagined possible. He picked me up when I was down and made me feel better about who I was as a person. This journey has been so much more than fitness, this journey changed my life.
