A 50 min class alternating bouts of weight training, core training, and cardiovascular training. This delivers a triple threat workout of high intensity sweat, low impact burn, all to give you total body results.
A TF3 class that is divided into 3 parts that will challenge you. 20 minutes on a spin bike, 20 minutes with Strength Training and the final 10-15 minutes will be more of stretching and relaxing to slow the heart rate down and get a good post workout recovery stretch.
Power Yoga is a vigorous fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. Power yoga incorporates athleticism, balance, and strong powerful asanas in a style that gives each teacher the flexibility to teach and design the class with a peak pose or theme of their intention.
